The Ultimate Summer Bucket List- Things to Do in MKE This Summer


We are never sure what to expect with Milwaukee’s ever-changing weather, or if our plans for the day will stay true to the itinerary. Luckily there are many things to do inside or out in Milwaukee, so rain or shine here’s a list of things for you to partake in this summer. Whether this is your first summer living in Milwaukee, if you're visiting Milwaukee for a weekend, or you have lived here your whole life, there is something to do in Milwaukee this summer for you to enjoy!

  1. Attend one of Milwaukee’s many cultural festivals (Bastille Days, German Fest, Polish Fest, Festa Italiana)

  1. Visit the Milwaukee Public Market for many food options

  1. Attend Jazz in the Park (the free outdoor Jazz festival every Thursday at Cathedral Square Park)

  1. Find your favorite Milwaukee Friday Fish Fry

  1. Play a game of volley ball at Bradford Beach

  1. Visit and take pictures at the Black Cat Mural Alley (The east side)

  1. Attend a concert at Summerfest

  1. Visit a city park

  1. Visit the famous Milwaukee Art Museum
